No two Galati commissions share a plan. Each is drawn to a single site, a single house, and a single family.

Site Reading
The first visit establishes orientation, light, prevailing wind, sight lines from the house, and the relationship to the landscape beyond.

Principal-Led
The principal remains the design authority from first sketch to final coping. Drawings are produced in-atelier and reviewed with the client in person.

Pace
Design typically unfolds across three to six months. The atelier does not hurry a commission to meet an arbitrary season.
